I rang 1path a few days ago, saying im nearly at my anniversary (I pay fortnightly, letter with new price rise each year)....

As a goodwill gesture.... ;)

Otherwise I may need to cancel, will wait until september or so (have reference number bla bla...).

10k will arrive just for staying a customer :)

Received my 20,000 points today too!
 
Many thanks for the screen shots now rec'd. After my first join up on 24 June 13, I am now armed with all evidence to get my points.

After many phone calls, finally rec'd a phone call to say that the 20K points will come through at the beginning of Sept but I may not actually get them into the account till Oct. All that, when the original purchase date was 24 June 3013.

No wonder, you're asking for the points before you have made the transaction.

We're chasing them as well x2. June 2013 commencement. 10 days now waiting for a response (3 days we were told it would be). I need to call again next week... if only they were open outside business hours
 
Yes, they took quite a while to get back to me after the phone calls. It's easy for me to say now that they have told me that they the points 'are coming'. I wasn't sure that they even had me down for the 20K as I did it all on the phone originally. I won't actually see the points till Oct.

I have made a call too to chase up too. They said five to ten business days...
 
For the points I was told. And if the admin team has problems, I'll get a call within that time.

Have followed up twice with them now, waiting over 10 days each time on my points from signing up to Income protection last July. They keep telling me someone from complaints will contact me within 10days but they never do.

Could someone PM me the original T&Cs or email to me? - thanks in advance
 
I signed up in June and after 2 phone calls weeks apart, have rec'd a letter saying points coming in Oct. If you can, just hang on till Oct, but you will hear from them soon in response to yr phone calls. You will need to get T&Cs emailed to a private address I think.

After my recent phone call, I received an email a few days later saying that the 20K points have been issued to my policy and to allow for additional time for processing.
 
Same here! 20K points credited to QFF today... I have just called up to cancel the policy now that they're in. I should get 10 or so months of the Year 2 premium refunded. I also got a $100 ANZ Visa Gift Card after it renewed, so for about $100, I ended up with a $100 VISA Debit Card, and 20,000 QFF points... not too shabby, a little admin effort aside! :)

Does anyone know if the offer has been extended, available for new sign ups?
 
Advice plse on how to positively influence a complaint I have put in for this, what should I gently but assertively threaten. I am waiting for the complaints dept to call me. So far, I have mentioned the insurance ombudsman, FB (which I don't actually have) and on line fora. Have I missed anything??

Original offer was 20K points. After many hours on the phone to both ANZ/onepath and QF, the points are still NOT credited.

They say they have paid, but QF denies it and has no record. The latest is that they will come in Nov. Meanwhile, I'd be happy if they doubled the offer to 40K. What do you advise / think plse?
