20k bonus points with ANZ Income Protection Insurance

Anyone received their 20K yet?

I got 10,000 points recently after having the policy for 6 months. I missed the first offer of 20,000. I also got a $100 visa gift card in the mail as apparently I signed up under that promotion.

Can't complain about getting both.

I'll check mine when I get home and report back. As far as I know I did not any any points at all. So I'm expecting to call them and ask what they are doing. My original purchase was by phone and maybe that has failed to register.

I called on my anniversary date (24th June), was told to wait up to 2 months for points to credit and then I could call to cancel. They also said I will be eligible a pro rata refund of the annual fee (for the second year).

Having had nothing at all from ANZ that confirms that I am rego'd for the 20K points, I called them and asked. They assured me I was and it will take up to 2 months. It all sounded a bit by rote, so I will believe it when I see it.

Yep renewal date 24 jun - points for policy posted 7 July - the joy of giving them a phone call tomorrow I suspect

My renewal date was 23 June. I might wait until end of Aug as per the terms and conditions before calling.

Yup seems like it to me. Received a renewal letter a while back, don't have it on me at the moment unfortunately so not sure regarding renewal date. Credit card was charged the renewal fee 25/06 however.

I received my renewal letter a few days ago - my renewal date is July 31. Premium and coverage increased by CPI. As I posted earlier in this thread, I didn't receive any confirmation when I signed up (I did receive a confirmation letter when I called after about 2 months).
