Just received my 20,000 points the other day June 2nd. Joined 9 May, deposited 23rd

How should I go about transferring it back into my normal Super account?
Go into myGov then the ATO. There will be a list of your super accounts. There is an option to combine. After a few clicks you are done

Your normal super account should have some rollover process usually a form you fill out and they will then process.

Myself - applied 15th of May, deposited the cash on the 16th via Bpay, noticed the points on the 3rd of June, prefilled Rollover form sent same day. Hopefully it is actioned promptly!

I guess for anyone else wanting to have a crack, it looks like the points are paid early in the month, so maybe open your account mid month, or late month if you are feeling lucky, to minimise the weekly fees.

Contact your regular super fund. They'll have a form. They'll do all the work once you fill in the form.

MyGov has a lag up to a year, as it's based on financial year reporting of super accounts to government

Correct and it usually shows incorrect figures for super balances because of this.
In my case the au super showed up right away after opening the account and I was able to do the transfer

Login to your Super Account and their should be a section somewhere for Consolidating your super or Lost Super or Rollover from Super fund or the like. Fill out the necessary details - you will need to get the SPIN and a few other details which is pretty easy and.....whoosh.....it gets all sorted out.

Hmmm, my wife deposited the $350 prior to then and still hasn't received the Qantas points, something stinks in Denmark.

STP (Single Touch Payroll) will change that, and all businesses have to use that from July.

Update:
Rollover request via emailed form lodged 3rd of June with Suncorp Super, they received funds on the 7th of June from Australian Super according to my statement - super quick!

Lost $6.35 in the process - probably half a pint in most BNE bars.

So did anyone do this for their kids?

Even with the 15% tax (which I think applies to concessional contributions), it's not a bad deal.

This offer ends on 30 June.
I just tried to open an acct but it picked me up at the TFN and they saw I already have an existing acct.

Joined & $350 deposited - just in time for EOFY!
Offer looks to have been extended to December now

Your kids would need to be old enough to have a superannuation account and meet any age requirements in the T&Cs.

If someone with a marginal tax rate under 15% marginal tax rate is taking this up they should just do non-concessional contributions unless the T&C insist on concessional contributions.

My points arrived today. No plans to move super out, I was looking for a change and this fund suited me well.

I joined up and need to TF minimum $350...I have heard a lot of good things about this fund and am thinking of directing my work super payments here.
