So, how is Qantas Wine doing with communicating the recalls to members?
Are there email updates or phone calls or are they treating people like mushrooms?
As of this afternoon my second order shows as arrived in Perth and "package on its way to sorting". No delivery date shown.My Fastway delivery status has not changed, still expecting delivery on Friday.
But then I received explicit advice my orders would be honoured.
I called today to ask why they returned my mixed half dozen, I said you’d better hurry up and send it again, as of tonight it’s now on it’s way again...
