Cardiovascular Health - Simple Exercise
The older we get the more important it is for us to incorporate
exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular
health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do
more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning:
It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I've done a quick search and couldn't find any reference to this. If it's a repeat - my apologies. I did think there was a thread on Safety Demonstartions, but couldn't find it. It's a real message but presented in a very special way.

As someone pointed out, on a holiday charter flight it makes sense. Likewise on a Virgin service.

It was good, though do they really go for that long or was she just speaking s l o w l y?

It's possibly a bit better than our "safety demos" for Star Mega Do 1.

For each of the three flights, a 'serious' (regulation) video was shown with safety info, then the FT Moderators gave a manual demo with our Condor purser reading the instructions over the PA, except he gave the readings in German!

Here are some videos I captured for all three flights. Not always the best shot (hard to do this properly!), but gives you an idea of the atmosphere (no I'm not talking about the matter outside the plane):
And yes our FA Moderators changed 'uniforms' for each flight.

A man died and went to heaven.

As he stood in front of St. Peter at the Pearly Gates, he saw a huge wall of
clocks behind him. He asked, “What are all those clocks?”

St. Peter answered, “Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone on Earth has a Lie-
Clock. Every time you lie the hands on your clock will move.”

“Oh,” said the man, “Whose clock is that?”

“That’s Mother Teresa’s. The hands have never moved, indicating that she
never told a lie.”

“Incredible,” said the man. “And whose clock is that one?”

St. Peter responded, “That’s Abraham Lincoln’s clock. The hands have
moved twice, telling us that Abe told only two lies in his entire life.”

“Where’s Kevin Rudd’s ?” asked the man.

“Kevin’s clock is in Jesus’ office. He’s using it as a ceiling fan.

I was thinking a little closer to home, but you're right:D

Josh:p
Not the Tasmanian government Josh.Oh no I dont believe it they tell lies and are deceitful!:shock:
Their only problem is they are not even good at it.;)

To be fair they’ve always said any leftovers from their scientific programs go into shops, but I do think it’s all just a little bit BS.

Wonder how the Sea Shepherd is going? :p

What they have lied about is that the research is the leftovers and the meat is the primary purpose.
