Doesn’t seem to explicitly mention CR only available between Oz and NOU? (irrespective of actual code)?

Curious from that table that you don’t earn FF points on an SB code (I had assumed that they were a regular earn partner).

True but the QF agreements only cover flights between Aus and NOU meaning all other SB services aren’t eligible.

That is correct, same applies for Air Tahiti Nui.
