Advice on champagne

Well, the order went through and the amount has been deducted from my WISH gift card. I opted for Click & Collect from my local BWS so I will be interested to see what happens.

Same here

No reason to suspect they would not provide the goods which have been paid for?

Because it tends to vanish from the site when there is a coupon code then reappear very soon after the code expires.

Yes, because they have limited quantities for sale at that price? They're not obligated to sell their entire stock at a discount or loss. Will be curious to know if anyone's order goes through.

Bugger, it appears I am a bit slow out of the starting block for this one.

I will monitor the Dans site and look at this thread more often

The key with Cellarmasters is to get these items sitting in your cart. I currently have some GH Mumm in my cart at $31.50 each that i am able to increase the quantity on. I've heard of others doing similar things with St Henri and the orders have gone through

rawlax are you saying once they are sitting in your cart then transaction will finalise? Even if items disappear from offer? What time frame will 'in cart' stay live for do you know? And are you saying you can later increase quantities of items in cart even if no longer on offer?

I got the email from CM today about the Black Friday sale. I wonder if the web site got updated with the code before they had managed to remove certain stock from sale, such as the Veuve which now doesn't even show up in a search.

Hence my question in previous post.

Correct, dont know how long your cart can be preserved for but it lasts overnight at least. Whilst i havent proceeded with the transaction yet this time it has worked previously for me and others

Which is exactly why I think they remove Veuve when there is a code in play. Except they seem to forget each time....

I might just go along to my local BWS with a print out of the order and of the gift card transaction list and ask for my Veuve....

drank QF F dry the other day with about 8 hours remaining in the flight. was surprised they only stock 6 bottles (Pol Roger 04 this time) for a cabin of 14 pax.
