100% probability you have already tried it - Vlados for like an eternity have served O'Connors product only. Vlado himself would walk the chillers at Pakenham and hand pic the bodies we wanted the primal cuts from - he really was a marvel. The Olive Tree also have used a lot of O'Connors beef over the years - don't get too much into 'Producer Branding' it's basically marketing.

Certainly not trying to dampen your enthusiasm mate - go enjoy - Kevin O'Connor himself is a regular diner at his customers restaurants so you might run into him.
