I can now confirm, but not name*, the special guests coming to AFF6.

From Qantas, there will be one executive at the Saturday dinner, and two at the Sunday BBQ. I have been coordinating with the Qantas Loyalty department, so you can expect a Frequent Flyer angle on the dinner and lunch.

I have also joined EpiQure as of yesterday and ordered a case for the Do.

*As I don't know.

I have no credit card and will not be earning any points personally on the dinner. Rest assured though, someone will, and a BSB/account number will be on its way out next week for those attending the Saturday dinner.

OK, for those (like me) who have not really planned transport to/from anywhere. What's the best way to get around?

OOL-HSP and return is the initial stumbling block and then I suppose the other major one is to and from the BBQ.

Thoughts anyone.

I was just thinking taxi.

I'll probably be heading to the BBQ from HSP with two others - I'm not doing golf.

Depending on numbers we could just get a maxi and split the cost?

Not sure about BBQ to OOL though, but again there are a few of us making that trek...

The bus is ~55 minutes from OOL to HSP (Cavill) and with a Go card costing $5.43 ($7.90 for cash). With four or more a Taxi may be better value.

I was more thinking of transportation to Sam's from HSP on Sunday, and to the airport afterwards.

On Saturday morning, unless there's other members landing at OOL around 9am I'll probably jump on a bus (I have a Go Card).
