With only 783 posts to go you would think that Yada Yada, Mal and Kiwi Flyer are in the driving seat.

Do not underestimate the amount of spam I can generate in one day.
That would be totally out of character oz_mark!

Which would have given me the element of surprise! Of course, it is all academic now, until I can get this time machine I bought off ebay working properly.

Did it come with a free Qantas luggage tag? Or maybe one of those valuable "Member's Guest Passes"...

I think I have put a curse on Yada Yada, Mal and Kiwi Flyer. :?

Oz_mark and MetroAir are now out of the contest! Who will be the winner with only 559 posts to go ? When oz_mark gets his time machine working he can go into the future and let us know who won or he can go back in time and change his prediction.

Code:
***oz_mark*** 11/05/06 @ 00:01am (AEST)
***MetroAir*** 13/05/06 @ 00:01am (AEST)
   Yada Yada 15/05/06 @ 10:00am (AEST)
   Mal 16/05/06 @ 12:00pm (AEST)
   Kiwi Flyer 17/05/06 @ 2:00pm (AEST)
   JohnK 22/05/06 @ 11:27am (AEST)
   serfty 24/05/06 @ 11:30am (AEST)

I got some luggage tags, but for some reason they snapped off while I was testing the time machine.

Yeah, I think you have! Unless a lot of posts happen in the next couple of days then I reckon either yourself or Kiwi Flyer will take the honours.

Kiwi Flyer 17/05/06 @ 2:00pm (AEST)
JohnK 22/05/06 @ 11:27am (AEST)

Then again, the article in the Australian yesterday might bring a flood of new posters asking questions... so maybe I am still with a chance.

Hmmm. I think Serfty is also in a good position to win if the posts continue at the current rate.

Can't comment since I haven't read the article. Is it online yet?

If I were a betting man I would put my money on serfty winning, but if I do then I will probably put the curse on him as well.
