AKL Dinner Sat March 9 2019

I realised I had forgot about accommodation and just sorted this out, staying at Hilton 8-10 Mar. Our plans are as follows:

Flights - outbound 8 Mar - ADL-SYD-AKL (QF143), inbound 10 Mar - AKL-MEL (QF154) -ADL. Accommodation - Hilton

Between us we can guest 2 into the F lounge in SYD and AKL. We can guest up to 4 for the ADL-SYD and MEL-ADL segments.

May also need to downgrade myself to Bronze unfortunately. I'm heading overseas out of Sydney on the morning of the 10th and the timing is just a bit too tight for my liking (the only way I could make it is to get an omg o'clock out of AKL on Sunday morning).

Ewing, you can save on accommodation on Saturday night and just head straight to the airport after the dinner.....and drinks.....etc

A maybe at this stage. I’m bronze, but if I take a business flight from ADL-SYD-AKL then it’ll push me up to silver given that it’s doubke status credits at the moment

I can't attend I'm sorry I realised that it was probably going to cost me a fair amount to attend (I didn't realise that Auckland was so expensive!) and I have hardly any points. Hopefully I'll be able to attend an AU dinner at some point

Sorry I have been remiss with the updates; wifi has been woeful at the last place I stayed.

Giraffe is locked in for 7.30pm

Dinner is three courses with sharing plates for entree and a choice for main and dessert. Cost should sneak in at around $75.
I have not heard from anyone about dietary requirements, but there is a vego entree plate and main course selection.

I am not sure I should spoil the dinner menu surprise, but suffice to say "beef, lamb, fish or vego". And I can't decide which dessert to have as they all look yummy.

The restaurant takes Amex, and I am still negotiating split bills.

I have paid a deposit so you better show up!
