Points came through this morning on the Platinum card. Checked earlier in the cycle and showed as earned prior to the full $1500 (1st statement).
I also got the Black and Basic but they aren't showing any of the bonus points .. yet.
Applied for ANZ Black this afternoon, initial response was "...further processing is required....", but got another email a minute later "approved". Yeh.
Not an ANZ customer so still need to verify identity before cards are activated I believe. Easy process so far, not expecting any difficulties with the 50k pts and exclusive spend on AmEx only
Hi,I applied 8 days ago and not sure where i sit with my application.
I am not an ANZ customer .
I received an almost immediate email saying they could not process it immediately .
Three days late , another email saying further processing is needed BUT they could see I "was eligible for an ANZ Access Advantage account (with Visa Debit)".
I do need a new CC so can I assume that the answer is NO and starting lookig elsewhere.
Has anyone else had this run around.

So far nothing but grief from this bunch of clowns. They gave me 25,000 points, not 50,000. They didn't advise the payment was due then slugged me $25 late payment and 20% interest. No response from the on line secure mail in 12 days (SLA is 48 hours). I have written a strongly worded letter demanding they fix all this or I'll be taking them to the Banking Ombudsman. I'll enjoy closing all this lot.

I had the same, took a couple weeks of chasing them but I got there in the end.
I rang the 180 number once and got the it takes time to process.
I'll try again tomorrow.
Is there a better number to ring to hassle them?
