I rang the 180 number once and got the it takes time to process.

There's no such person in Australia. I assume you mean the Financial Ombudsman or the Credit Ombudsman?
Did you perhaps miss the paper statement they would have mailed to you if you didn't sign up for e-statements.

We have contacted the relevant department on your behalf and received a confirmation that you are eligible to receive Bonus Points of $50,000, however due to a technical issue; the bonus point file has allocated 25000 as bonus points in error.
We have identified the issue and a second bonus point file is going to be created and will be processed to allocate the remaining points.
Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time on when the follow up bonus point file will be completed however we are currently working to fix the issue at the earliest.

The welcome pack, card and pin arrive in three separate packages.Got excited this afternoon when a package came from ANZ. No cards, just a letter of offer and nothing else useful. Never had the cards sent separately before.
