Applied, was asked for additional documents, and just got confirmation of approval. I'm on a 457 visa so they needed to see my employment contract, payslips and ID, but all approved in the end.

I think I'll wait until the lounge passes from the AMEX Premium 80k offer arrive, then call to cancel.

Just got my second statement and no bonus points yet. A bit disappointing after reaching the spend during the first statement period.

Just for another datapoint, Account opened 22 march, 1st statement 18 april, hit spend during 2nd statement period which ended 18 may, points posted to ANZ account first day of third statement period.

My points actually ended up being posted along with second statement period earned points.

The one I logged onto mentions only conversion to Velocity or Krisflyer points.

This thread was primarily referring to the ANZ Black Qantas Card offer which yes has a 75k bonus.

It seems you have the ANZ Black rewards as opposed to the Qantas one.

Nope. Nothing. Told referred at time of application, next day received email saying approved, received cards within a week.

I was also referred on application, didn't bother to upload the supporting documents they asked for, no approval email but cards arrived anyway 3 days later.
I assumed it was a pre-offer, but the next day the formal offer arrived in the mail.

My 1 year is up from the last time I held this card and just applied and was approved online.
First time I've ever been approved without referral for additional documents. Maybe they had it all on file?

Now I'm uncertain. Points awarded, but with the BW WMC devaluation this is now my biggest earner for non-supermarket spend. Time to run the annual spend vs sign on bonus sums - is anyone keeping this for spend? Edit: until the annual fee comes up, that is.

I'm also keeping mine till the annual fee comes up. The $15,000 minimum credit limit might force me to cancel early, in case too many tempting sign up bonus offers come up elsewhere.

It was bought in last year after ANZ stuffed up and allowed multiple applications for similar cards at the same time. IE. you could get 3 different cards each with 50,000 free points at the same time.
