I applied for the card (through the Point Hacks link of course), got approved after numerous requests to upload payslips (even though that was done at the point of application), went in store to verify ID in person, and now have made the required minimum spend (exactly $1500), on Friday last week.
The charge has posted to the account, and my ANZ Rewards account shows 2,250 ANZ Rewards points. However no correspondence has been received regarding Velocity or the 80,000 points and I'm worried I've just wasted a credit file hit, as well as $1500. Any ideas how to go about this, before I call up and enquire (in my experience, the call centre agents don't know about Point Hacks or promos such as this so it'll be a frustrating waste of time)?
