Same here, still no email received
The email arrived today... into my junk folder. Clearly, the email I’ve been waiting for for weeks is spam.Has anyone received the email yet?
I received it twice, plus a followup “make sure you complete this” email. All in the junk folder.Received it no less than 4 times. Unfortunately it had the same code on all four emails

that people say to just call and provide the number to the agent. Wondering if I should try this.
I've personally done QFF card then RTA with anz concurrently in the past, wife done QFF with active RTA just this month, but havent got the points yet. Plenty of evidence elsewhere that anz treat QFF, RTA and rewards as three separate streams, make the most of it while you can i say.
I called last week and was told that there's no way that can be done over the phone and I must wait for the email
