Looking forward to the new releases, just hope the battery life has improved compared to 4 & 5 series.
Haven't decided which size yet, though I'm swaying toward the 5.5 with the 128GB memory.

Am I the only one with small hands who hates big phones? I like my iPhone 4S, it's just about the perfect size. I even found the 5 uncomfortable to use. Do not like bigger phones.

I might say adios to iPhone when my 4S dies if this is what they're offering next.

You are welcome to my work phone. A Nokia E series something with really small buttons. Big dislike.

The other members of the Cat family all have iPhones, I'm the exception with a Nokia 1520 (windows phone) - which I am really impressed with. Excellent screen, better camera, expandable memory, has all of the functions I need and the battery can last up to 5 days with normal use. Can't see what all the fuss is about...

Interesting comment DrA. I am still on the iPhone 4 and I also find it very comfortable for my hand size. Whilst I am interested in potentially larger screen I'm not sure how comfortable it will be. Like Sam, I probably won't decide until I try them both, and see how they feel.

Thanks openseat. Reminds me of the send-up ad when the iPhone 5 came out. Such as huge excitement because the headphone jack moved to the bottom.

I've got a samsung G3 and I'm completely over the large screen phone.

Like a few others, my personal phone is a 4S, which is just out of contract, but I think is the perfect size. Don't want or need a bigger screen/phone. It was my first iphone, but I really like the interface. Downsides are the lack of 4G (real problem in inner Melbourne using Optus!), poor battery life and it's starting to get a little slow (running iOS 7.0.4).

My work phone is a Nokia Lumia 635 windows phone, which so far I'm very impressed with (only had it a week) - looks a lot like an iPhone and windows not that different from iOS. Think it has a 4.5" screen, which is just too big, but doesn't have as much top and bottom border as 4S, so not that much bigger. Had a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 for a couple of months prior to the Nokia - biggest piece of cough I've ever seen/used! Didn't like Android (at least Samsung's version) at all. Impossible to type messages on the terrible keyboard and I don't have large fingers! Never been a fan of Samsung products though.

Might just ditch my personal phone and rely on work phone!

The Apple website is showing:

iPhone 6
16Gb $879
64Gb $999
128Gb $1129

6 plus
16Gb $999
64Gb $1129
128Gb $1249

Watching people using them, they do look awkward. I also like being able to slip the smaller phone easily into my pocket.

When you put them in a case it's ginormous ... I'm a male with large hands.....it's Sh$ite

6 16GB is $869 - same price as 5s was.

One thing I really like about iPhones is the build quality and materials used, plus the design - very premium/high quality. Much better than plasticky Samsungs.

I'm thinking of upgrading from a 5 to a 6. Saw a nice Nokia 6110 bundle today, extra charger, brand new battery still unopened in original packaging. Might have to ditch the 5110.
Oh yes, it's unlocked too.

This will be interesting. I've been waiting for the larger screen iPhone to finally switch over from my Android job. I'm hoping the bigger screen version will be commensurately thinner, and weigh no more than current iPhones.

Hard to suggest large screen phones don't go into your (trouser, YMMV ;) ) pocket ... I manage to get an iPad mini into mine, at a pinch.

Nokia 6110, ahh the good ol' days. It's still my favourite phone. The only reason I stopped using it is b/c my battery shorted out and fried my phone. It was a sad day.

I have an iPhone 3GS that I can do you a good deal on.

I've still got a 5110, and it still works!

I still remember how exciting the 6110 was when I got it. It had games! And like 20 ring tones!
