Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

Called Secure Parking today since I hadn't heard back following my email enquiry. They were actually quite helpful and promised to follow it up. I was told the bookings are all exported at the end of each month and sent to Qantas for processing so the delay could be at Aquire's end. I asked whether the points would be back dated to reflect the transaction date but the guy I spoke to wasn't sure about that.

I think once this little situation sorts itself out and I have managed to get my 10,000 bonus points, I will just use direct QFF earn for future Secure Parking bookings.

Thank you Mr_Orange, I will now wait until at least mid December for my points and longer for my bonus points, as my parking was done on 12 November.

Needed to go and pick up mail from PO Box and get some $ from ATM. Had back-to-back bookings between my two ABN's ($10 for casual parking). After getting mail, I exited the carpark and went around the block. PIN's worked a treat. Should be 1 x 20K and 1 x 10K points coming my way for an investment of $20.

I'm hopeful that because the staples points posted automatically within 14 days I might get the 10k bonus automatically too.

Hi Mr_Orange,

I have followed up with our corporate marketing manager and there was a technical issue with data transfer between us and QANTAS. We endeavour to have your points credited as soon as possible however I do not have definite timeline at present.

Feel free to follow up in a couple of weeks should the points still not be credited.

So, seems like a cough up at the Secure Parking end but at least they have taken ownership of the issue and are fixing it, which seems to be better than the Staples' experience.

To be honest, that is just a reflection of the attitude QF and QFF have towards their members (and the 5 year olds' they employ in IT :evil

Woohoo! Very pleased to join the club of those who have received their sign-up Aquire points.
This is particularly exciting to me because (I am a nerd) these are, or will be once I txfr them, my very first Qantas points. As a relatively recent transplant, I have my shiny new Qantas frequent flyer account to fill with points.


Just to clarify from what I've been reading here: I've see the points from my 27-Oct Staples purchase (anyone need a roll of tape?) but have not yet seen the bonus points. Should I be waiting patiently or is it now time to contact someone?

I might have hammered them twice on this exact point in the survey - particularly when flights are 2-3 max and EpiQure is next day...

Points have now posted, all 54 of them and on the correct date in October so my bonus should be triggered. Well done Secure Parking .
