I signed up to Regus immediately on joining Aquire, but recall (perhaps) reading I needed to use the membership at least once (it comes with free uses) for the points to credit. Have you used the service? I have not and haven't received the points, though could very easily go use an office space for an hour.

Anyone had any joy with Regus? I have chased them twice and still no contact and no points. While it is very convenient for Qantas to disown responsibility for their 'partners' reporting points - do they understand the bad heart it creates - especially as an 'introduction' to a new program?

I rang them in October, and they sounded helpful. They understood what I was requesting and indicated that they would be able to manually process my request for the sign-up bonus straight away. Still, nothing has come through, so I'll just have to find time to ring again.
Tomorrow will be 8 weeks for me...

Mine (double points) came through yesterday... no special booking so just 2,600 extra..bonus!
I'm still waiting for my bonus points from my Staples purchase. It's been a month already. How long are the bonus points taking to come through on average?
My guess is 6-8 weeks from when the base points actually post.
Well waited no longer today and emailed Staples re my order back in November....need then for my 10,000 new partner use bonus....apart from that the program is going well for us...have tfd 50,000 back to me and still have 330K in points to use.
