Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

My thoughts exactly samh004 - as soon as I got to the 3rd question I realised it was the same survey I did for both of my ABN's previously. Closed the tab. Better things to do than repeat myself

You think they'd be smart enough to take out the businesses that have already responded. Doesn't do much for loyalty
 
I appear to have the same survey email. Not sure I can bothered filling it out since I am highly unlikely to be stumping up any renewal fees when the time comes.

Perhaps indicative of a very poor response in the first instance too. Doesn't say much about the program.

Maybe they didn't like your answers first time round. ;)

As samh004 said, they're not getting any better the 3rd time around :o :p (as I have done 2 surveys - one for each of my ABN's).

If EpiQure can post points [including bonus points] faster than even flights post them, then they need to look at more regular transaction advice from their partners. Of course, with a low take up (other than Staples, not a lot of others I've seen other than me and Mr_Orange with Secure Parking) but a high output of points, my suggestions isn't going to happen anytime soon - not viable.

First time I have received this survey.

Brutally honest - I was!

The wording of this question annoyed me so much I had to stop at 13%:

If you were to describe the Aquire program to a business Owner/Director/CFO thinking of signing their business up to the program but didn’t know much about it, how would you describe the program benefits to them?
 
I too gave honest responses. I pointed out that the survey should be asking about what partners we want onboard. A fuel supplier would be of benefit for us.

Anyone else having difficulty logging on to Aquire site today? Thought I would have another look for my orphan points but site is unresponsive.
 
I am able to login to site. Still no partner purchase bonus ponts though.

The good news - a bucket load of "double points offer" have lodged into the main account for flights taken in Sept/Oct... don't recall a promo for double points - it was sooo long ago.

The double promo was the same mail as the new partner bonus

I still have 2 accounts waiting for Staples points, 1 says I will get the points within the next 8 weeks, the other up to 2 phone calls and 12 emails.

I ended up doing the survey again but made special note in it of how they might listen to customer gripes at Australian Frequent Flyer and fix them before they affect more customers... positive word of mouth here can only be good for them.

On another note, tomorrow will be 8 weeks since my Staples points posted. I'm not sure if that means I wait until Wednesday to get on the phone to Aquire or not, but they will be hearing from me daily from then onwards about my missing points, and their failure to even follow their own T&C's.
