Thinking out loud here......
1. we will get our 10,000 Aquire points for joining.
2. we should get an additional 10,000 when we purchase something from a "Partner" during the promotional period, and that partner applies the points to our account. (which is our issue at the moment - Staples system is in melt down)
3. Aquire staff are not in a position to help with the points from Staples.
4. If I was Staples management, I think I would be reluctant to allocate staff to this points issue, let's face it, we used and abused their system with $2.00 purchases and then got free freight.
5. I believe most of us here don't give a hoot about the Staples points, we just want our "bonus 10,000" for shopping with a partner.
Would it be possible for one of the Mods or someone that knows management at Aquire (or find out from Red Roo who to talk to) to see if it is possible for us to send copy of our receipts from Staples (to prove our purchase during the promotional period) so that our bonus points may be applied.??
I know it is not Aquires responsibility, but then it appears that Aquires Partner was not in a position to deal with the influx of orders and the repercussions of applying all those points to the Aquire system.
Aquire would be helping out a Partner, and stop the hounding of Staples staff (who really only know how to post out a ream of paper) and the frustration of the members here.
