Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

Still getting the run around with staples... Staples say they can't control when "aquire decides to show the points", Aquire say "it has nothing to do with us, call staples". Three different people at Aquire, three different answers. The last one took the staples order number and will "get back to me".

Seriously... How hard is it?! As a business program for people who really don't have time to chase these things, it seems somewhat pointless.

Use the email method that I mentioned in a post yesterday. I had the same runaround until then.

I sent emails for each of my accounts last night, but no reply yet.

Surprise, surprise, no points credited. I guess I'll have to make contact with Secure Parking. Given everyone's Staples' experiences, I can't say I'm looking forward to this.

Some people have also had painless Staples experiences. Seems the whole system is quite flawed and the staff not educated well.

I think the bonus has a 6-8 week wait from promotion close? I'm pretty sure no one here has received it yet.

It's only been 4 weeks since I made the Staples order, so a bit of a way to go on that. In any case, I'm only interested in the 10K + 10K posting, not the points through a Staples purchase. I hope that one leads to the other, but there's no evidence either way, as yet.

I think the purchase points being posted indicates that all is good for the bonus points posting. It's proof of timing of purchase etc.

I had 3 of 4 post ok. While chasing the fourth I decided to make another purchase on 15th Nov just incase of a stuffup. Funnily enough, that one has already posted however the initial (early October) hasn't.

Annoyingly, I missed the chance to buy again on two other accounts. And now the battle begins.

It's all discussed upthread ... these are bonus points, not "pending" aquire points - as long as you have 3k you can transfer them to your preferred QFF account.

Thanks, so if you have 3k minimum, then any flight points earned - before two travellers have flown - are lumped together with the bonus points and can all be converted without having to satisfy the two traveller requirement?

Nope, points from flights still need to reach the minimums for transfer. Bonus points are exempt.

The are "Points" and "Pending Points". The latter can not be converted to one QFF account.

Oh, thanks. So what are normal Staples points considered as? I earned 3 from my only purchase.
Have some QF flights early next year that I've attached my ABN to - but it looks like it will take me a while to get 20k and try and get another person (ie an *employee*) to fly with the ABN in...

Flights are 'Pending'. Anything else should be 'Points'.

I have a small handfull of "Points" and thousands and thousands of "Pending" which I can't convert until my employees and I have done the mandatory 20k (will be completed shortly).

Yes, funnily enough I have 19,000 odd pending points. Have completed the two employee requirement as well.

Most of the flight points qualify for the double points from eligible flights but of course that has not happened yet, let alone the 10,000 joining bonus not to mention the 10,000 promotion bonus.

i do have the Staples points though

Maybe by Christmas. For the rest
