Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

When my points came through they were dated on the original transaction date. I assume your Staples accoiunt and Aquire account were linked? If you have the email with the free shipping code, then they should be linked.
Yes, had the code and they are linked. They checked I'd done all that last time I rang.

Mrs Excel and I are both still waiting for our points too; given the same "it will take 30 days" answer when we complained (separately). Just ticked over 30 days so will pester again today.
Rang a week ago and was told 5 weeks. That was the end of last week.

The six week mark for my Secure Parking booking is this Friday so I will be monitoring closely whether the base and bonus points credit in a timely fashion.
 
My Staples points were posted within a week of purchase (and back dated). Now the wait for the bonus points.
 
The base points for a Staples purchase looks like it credited after about 2-3 weeks. Now the wait for the bonus points...
 
Points posted to one account including a second purchase made 2 weeks ago. :)
The other account is still awaiting the arrival of base points. :(
 
Rang again and got an agent who said they have no control over Aquire points. :shock: seems Staples needs to educate their staff better. Aquire have said the points should arrive within 30 days, and yes, I will still be eligible for my 10k bonus. HUCA it seems.

Mrs Excel's business placed an order on 5 Nov, which was delivered in two parts with a week in between. Her points posted in the last two days. Bonus points (10k initial or 10k bonus) are nowhere to be seen.

My business placed an order 12 October, delivered two days later; neither the staples points nor either bonus are anywhere to be seen.

I finally got someone willing to investigate, who found there is a problem with the system and has set my points up to post next week.

For anyone else, find the email sent with the free postage code. Forward that to [email protected] along with your abn and order number and ask them to investigate. They confirmed that I will be eligible for the bonus as they will post with the transaction date.

I can confirm that children flights show on statement but do not earn Aquire points.

I presume nobody has yet received their initial or bonus points?

That's interesting....my statement says passenger names and then child fare. Flight was 5 Nov. I just figured that the system didn't consider kids to be staff. Received the expected points for +1 and myself.
 
I seem to have forgotten the details of this deal and I don't have it recorded anywhere.

Was this 10k for sign up, and then an additional 10k for using a new partner? Or was it just the 10k for the partner purchase?

Forgot to screenshot, but it was exactly that, along with an annual fee waiver effectively meaning 20k points for $50 + one purchase.

The flights I'm referring to were in Sep/Oct. Perhaps the system has been updated (and not in a good way) since then. My next test flights for this will be in January. I will report back.

My son's flight didn't return aquire points even though it cost the same price as my flight (MEL-BNE)
