I've ordered under multiply ABN's - have received part delivery for each order, however 1 x ream of paper is on backorder for all of them. I think the drip feed orders of 1 ream x many times ... has blindsided them.

They must have racked up at least a few hundred $'s part delivering my <$70 (combined) orders....

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery of items on my 2 accounts and a third delivery on behalf of another AFFer who was away. Staples have my tick of approval.

I'm waiting to be pleasantly surprised by the arrival of the 20,000 bonus points. :p

Same here. I have made a few very small orders. Delivery guy keeps asking if all the items are on back order... ;)

Something went wrong with my Staples order and I had to ring them twice to chase it.
The order arrived today (initially placed 10th Oct) and has been given to me free of charge
First time I've ever been upset about a freebie
Now to go and order something else

Just wondering how far 10,000 points will get you...is it say Sydney to the equivalent of just Wollongong, or would it get you most way to Melbourne?

Too funny!!

Anyone got a phone number for the Aquire call centre? Can't seem to find it anywhere? and the lady in QF call centre didn't have it either..?

gogo

8k is Y SYD-MEL or a Y-J upgrade for the same distance.

Thank you Sam. So 5k for joining and the 10k partner bonus will get me SYD-MEL but on return only as far back to SYD as Wollongong. I hope they come up with another bonus offer.

Its 10K for joining which makes it 20K in total which of course is a SYD-MEL return, or even SYD-MEL-SYD-MEL with JQ

It is now including a joining fee. When I joined without a joining fee I received 5,000pts.

The box of paper that I ordered from Staples (via my wife's account) last Wednesday evening was on the doorstep this morning. On the invoice, the "Delivering Plant" says Canberra, but under the description it says, "*This item has now been fully dispatched from Alternative Distribution Centre", which might explain why it took so long, since their Canberra depot is only about 5km away.

Used our other ABN to newly register with aquire.

Was able to purchase from Staples some diary refills that we would have been getting anyway - at a price ~20% less than we paid last year from W C Penfolds.

So two purchases for stuff we would have been buying anyway ...
