Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

i joined and purchased on 9th October, havent had anything post as 'activity' in my acquire account and i certainly havent received any points.

i would feel better if i had at least the activity in there so i could have something to bargain with once the $hit hits the fan

I guess my line is going to be that the promotion ran for 6 weeks (released October 9, ran until November 16), and [in my instance] Secure Parking's T&Cs is that it takes up to 6 weeks for the points to post. At this stage, I'll assume that they're gonna be pretty reasonable... why run a promotion to encourage use of the program which may result in people becoming more p!ssed off and turn off wanting to use the program... that's how I am currently viewing it for now.

Same order date as me.

My Staples points just posted this afternoon and they were backdated to 9 October ie date of purchase. Now just the wait for bonus points for using the "partner" ( and of course the 10,000 joining points)

Same. I checked a few days ago and nothing had posted. My Staples purchase was on 26 Oct.
 
Has anyone had any joy with the retro claiming for flights? Every flight I put in it says it can't find it? Am wondering if it's because my company has already put their ABN in (not sure if they have or not)

If the flight you're entering can't be found, it could be an issue with their website (I encountered a similar issue and had to give them a call and have them replicate the problem to get it fixed). However, if your company has entered their ABN into the booking and already claimed the points, then you would obviously not be able to claim some too ;)

Sent them an email 6 business days ago, with request for validation email and still nothing.

Staples points dated for a transaction 21st October posted today - this is a new account, no 10K's bonii as yet.

Also, staples points in another account posted for 9th October.

Are you talking email from Acquire or a purchasing partner?
 
Interestingly, four different accounts made four staples transactions on the same day. 3 have posted, 1 has not. I placed a new order just as a backup… but it does seem that the process is a little flawed.

You may have already checked this, but perhaps it might've got caught by a junk/spam folder/filter for your email...?
 
Interestingly, four different accounts made four staples transactions on the same day. 3 have posted, 1 has not. I placed a new order just as a backup… but it does seem that the process is a little flawed.

I spoke with a guy at Staples and their system is not handling the Acquire-Staples relationship welll and a lot is being done manually.

Fair enough... Can't say I'll ever use Staples again after seeing them handle this. Points aside, I've not had them respond to one email!

I also sent them an authorisation to leave form at their request with an address to leave the item at and they subsequently delivered it to my billing address which is a large inner city office building and (no joke) dumped it on the footpath infront! Only by sheer fluke did it witness it when walking in from lunch. An email was also sent regarding that - no response either.
