The only rivalry reported here is the NSW v QLD one - and I'm not just talking about Rugby League.
I grew up in Sydney and although Kick a Vic was never heard there was fierce rivalry between NSW and Victoria.
Not above playing music to entertain visitors though. I was in rural NSW last year, in a hire car with Victorian plates. I got quite used to the sound of banjos..We are above this sort of thing here.

Based on CCTV Westfield fleeting case was no more than seconds near the driver.
