It's Delta there isn't it? Somewhat longer incubation periods maybe, unless it's been circulating.

They still have hundreds of contacts that are ignoring requests to be tested so could easily be bubbling along happily checking out the sights in Perth. It’s clear they have community transmission now.
 
If ala Brad Hazzard NSW comments rings true and everyone will get Omicron, if this is over the next 12 months, rates will need to be north of 250 per day per 100K to achieve this......................................
Perhaps Qantas can run another comp like its vaccination comp whereby you can only enter if you have had Omicron. ;)

They seem to have the midas touch over there, wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes of anything.
 
Why it's not all the politician's fault.Just maybe one factor is the quality of advice they get.

And she'll say same for Australia Day, have a quiet one, and yeah everybody's birthday, just don't celebrate it this year, cancel Easter, we're not sure about Xmas 2022 yet.

I hate new year's eve and usually just spend it at home anyway.

Somewhat tempted to go out this year after work just to spite these fools. Wonder what the advice in Vic is!

I usually go to bed early but because nightclubs and bars can't have vertical consumption, I'll probably head out because the party houses nearby will probably be going off
