I think a certain Victorian Health Minister (Jenny Mikakos) will be resigning in the coming weeks if they go ahead (she is saying no probs mate) and anyone gets it - which I think we all know they will....

I’m still hearing through several sources that round 1 of the AFL is in doubt and that the AFL also have a plan to suspend the season until atleast round 5 and play a 17 round season with a complete redraw

They had 40k there today and all the teams and tourists will already be in Melbourne.
Cancel it tomorrow and the other 100k will be spending time in Melbourne cafes, restaurants etc. Far preferable to keep them at the track and minimise broader Melbourne interaction

You can transmit covid19 just as easily in a small gathering it event as a big one.

If you cancel the F1 you might as well close every shop and restaurant, school, bus, tram etc

Only driver Hamilton raised an issue.. the 5 (or possibly 8) being tested are of the various team members (most have 200+ in Melbourne) who have some possible symptoms

Tom Hanks looks like he and his wife are super spreaders and was on news that they suspect they dragged it back from the US. How they can tell that I don’t know?
