I had to make a dash to the supermarket (have been getting online deliveries & the fruit & veg done by daughters) husband immuno compromised and we are both over 70. Gosh it was scary - how hard is it to calculate the correct distance? When one woman came too close I got a fright, exclaimed 'ah' & jumped back - she backpedalled very quickly so I tried it a few more times- worked a treat! But it was quite nerve wracking - and afterwards I thought if anything else is needed then someone else can get if for me.
Thats disappointing to hear. Everyone is being pretty well behaved here in SA except for the odd "entitled" one.

I've certainly noticed a degree of complacency over the distancing in the last week.

Isn't there a new positive case at Launceston hospital today @drron

It is a LGH employee-almost certainly one of the ones I mentioned when the idiot from the Mersey hospital came across whilst infective even though the North West was under lockdown. There were 2 LGH staff but both immediately went into quarantine.Hospital staff in quarantine must have a negative test before returning.Unfortunately one was positive.

Was the "the idiot from the Mersey hospital" prosecuted or fined?

We need to open the borders to allow a bit of cross pollination

SA. Now 14 days free from positives. Only 4 currently positive. None in ICU and I think only 1 in hospital. Are we there yet?
No😀
We had similar here then a new case the other day. Though the Health dept reports they have very low levels of shedding. Sounds like a moulting dog! 😳

Nooooooooo! Interstaters are now our greatest risk. Or well, the Vics and Norwegians are!

Correction. Only two active cases. But those are actually testing negative now, but just in hospital because of poor health from pre exisiting and Covid aftermath. No new cases for 14 days. Making SA - Covid Free! Knocking on wood here.

Who would ever a thunk it….Quarantine at the border.. ...to get to where ??….South Australia ???????? Oh my……pass……..

I think the test of eligibility to return will to a requirement to drink a litre of Adelaide water ... (runs....)
Maybe Coronavirus can not live in Adelaide water? Better than disinfectant?

Someone tell POTUS!
