You’re now behind WA… last in the country…
First dose QLD slightly higher than NT and WA, 2% lower than SA.

Glass half empty: this is ridiculous… Adelaide will miss out on all short break and wine tourism.Interstate travel to South Australia on track for Christmas for fully vaccinated visitors, but there's a catch
Travellers from NSW and Victoria who have received two COVID-19 vaccine doses and have not been to any exposure sites will be able to "enjoy a relatively normal Christmas" in South Australia, the state's Premier says. However, the change could impact borders with WA and Tasmania.www.abc.net.au
SA confirming interstate for Xmas for vaccinated travellers who haven't been to exposure sites which is good news.
"We also want to put some provisos around some testing when [interstate travellers] arrive.
However considering NSW / VIC have already or will stop announcing exposure sites how is that going to be done?
Also made clear is "No return 'to 2019-type conditions" which is what i thought might happen, there will be varying degrees of "open borders"
If PCR testing is required then that will kill demand pretty quick
Now I'm cannon fodderWell we up in QLD have our army pointing our pineapple nukes at anyone south of us
Well on this basis I am now all but 100% certain that my remaining work in SA for this year will be cancelled. My October and early Nov dates were cancelled. Still hoping for the late Nov and first week of Dec work, but I honestly do not think it will happen. I'm coming from ACT, and there is also the complication that Lord Barr does not seem to be planning to allow us Ken Behrens any interstate travel until 1 December at the earliest.Interstate travel to South Australia on track for Christmas for fully vaccinated visitors, but there's a catch

Still neck and neck betweeen Qld and WA with 0.01% separating them today in the 16+ double vaxxed wooden spoon championship. Endless complacency in Facebook pages from my (provincial) town, lots of talk about what we/they will do if COVID ever comes here. Like, hello! I think the only thing that will get vaccine rates up is a large outbreak.
Cheers skip
Andrew Barr will have mass civil disobedience if he keeps Canberrans locked in the ACT once NSW is open. I know, I lived there for 16 years.Well on this basis I am now all but 100% certain that my remaining work in SA for this year will be cancelled. My October and early Nov dates were cancelled. This is work that was scheduled for March-June 2020, and has now been rescheduled 3 times . TBH, I could use the cash flow, and the opportunity to make my 1 booking to retain WP again!

Glass half full: it’s better than just about everywhere else that’s zero.
Especially when Dom locks Kerry Chant in a basement somewhere…And how exactly do they plan on enforcing the ‘have you been to any exposure sites’? Ahem. As if anyone is going to tick yes.
And a huge majority of all people are double vaxxed by that point as well so….. sounds like an open border to me!
Well I hope you are right Regional NSW is opening very soon - we are not. And I've lived in ACT for 30 years! And there are people here pleading for harsher treatment and harder targets...despite us today hitting 95% of 12+ first jab. Crazy.Andrew Barr will have mass civil disobedience if he keeps Canberrans locked in the ACT once NSW is open. I know, I lived there for 16 years.

After 1 December I expect checkin compliance in NSW to fall off a cliff…
In Marshalls defence, he also has a state election coming up in March so he needs to tread carefully. Hopefully NSW cases continue to drop so they have more confidence.Exactly.
Everyone will be double vaxxed and no one will care, no one will declare it, so honestly SA’s announcement is basically just opening the border.
And I think they know it too, they aren’t that stupid…
Similar thoughts come to mind if arriving into NSW from overseas and having completed 7 day quarantine and negative tests and travelling to SA, if SA sticks to the 14 day for internationals. Like when NZ'ers came to Victoria when Victoria hadn't approved NZ arrivals. Interesting times ahead. And how exactly do they plan on enforcing the ‘have you been to any exposure sites’? Ahem. Means they might open to NSW and VIC sooner rather than later. WA: “we can’t be friends any more”At least NZ has finally woken up and agreed COVID 0 isn't a thing.
At least it doesn't say must have the whole house to themselves, so allows other family members to remain in place.QLD home quarantine trial info. 14 days !

Judging from the locals, the person in question was seen in many places but SA Health has only been able to extract one location. Locals have lost a lot through her actions. Lying about where she was interstate and using the bubble to get back into the state when she'd been to Melbourne. Returning with symptoms then getting tested but then going to the shops. Sent a large number of people into Adelaide into a med hotel. Prevented businesses from opening. Restricted others. Reduced the border limit so people have been stuck away from home or work. I could go on.Just be sure that if you rent a car in SA, you make sure to get as little excess as possible for when the locals torch it...
