Avianca Brazil Amigo status match

It's gotta be coming up to three-ish months and no card, so I don't see it happening.

Did anyone who specifically asked for it receive one?

I've been successful with a status match to Gold too (from Qantas Gold).
I have no KF status, but an upcoming trip with two SQ sectors in each direction. In the Manage Booking screen, I'm able to set my frequent flyer program. I presume that sets both FQTV and FQTS at the same time? I want my earn to credit to KF but would like to use the Amigo status benefits. Is it still correct that I should leave my KF number in the booking and show my paper print out of the Amigo Gold card? I only ask as I'd hate for the Amigo number to be left in the booking for the second sector, or for the return flight.
Thanks.

I can answer my own question here.

I checked in today for SQ232, with my KF number in the booking. I had my printed card, print out of the status match email, and print out of Star Alliance gold benefits and lounge access policy in case they were required. All I needed was the card print out (screenshot as they need the number).

At check-in I used the business line as an economy passenger. The printed card was all they needed to see. They gave me an express card.
At the lounge, they needed to manually check me in and needed to look up the airline code (O6) but it was fairly straight forward.
At the gate I joined the business line, showed my printed card and was invited through.

One wonders how many of our forum members have already done this in Sydney as it seemed like it happens frequently.

I had my flight accidentally credited to O6 on an SK flight which was annoying. Check-in agent swapped it over, and I hoped it was just the FQTS field that changed. Was wrong :(

But I agree – most (all?) Star Alliance carriers seem pretty well versed in the process. SK struggled with it slightly, but I reckon the airlines with more global coverage, like SQ, probably see them more often and don't even blink.

Any updates on people getting a physical card? I'm looking to use it at a contract lounge later this year, and a physical card would probably make it smoother...

I never requested a card or really expected to receive one,but out of the blue it arrived in the mail today

Wow!
is that the first confirmed sighting? :)
Which level and for what period?
Can you post a pic for all those who thought that the card was with Santa and the Tooth Fairy? :)

Oh dear! After the incredible, mysterious adventure to get to this point, what a cruel fate to befall the first O6 card spotted in the wild! Thanks for sharing though!

Yip I wasn't a happy camper, but that's what I get for not keeping an eye on the puppy and the 19month old rugrat:mad:

how unfortunate! i wonder if anyone would refuse your membership based on the state of your card..

I reckon if they'll accept my coughpy card print-out that really could be a bad forgery, they'll accept a slightly dog-loved card :)

(Plus, *G rules state any evidence of status is fine)

I didn't have any problem using my laminated printed copy with TG.

I applied in October, status match granted on 11 November, no card yet.

Applied during the first week in November. Card arrived today, with no request from me to send it out:
