Any reason why it doesn't let you edit online? The page you goes in only displays the information, but if you click on the "Alteração de Cadastro" link, then you should be able to update the details. So if that doesn't work, you might need to find a Portuguese speaker. Or may be send an email with the subject of "Alteração de Endereço", give your membership number and the address, and hope they understand what's going on?Somehow my address in my profile is incorrect. Yes that is the same email address to which I sent my request and other emails.
Actually now I look through my inbox, I received an auto reply to my enrolment in the programme, not to the status match request.
Full timeline below FYI:
2 October - joined and applied for status match. Photos of QF & VA Platinum cards attached.
3 October - sent follow up email in English because I received no auto-reply and I was concerned this was because my first email had an empty subject line and was trashed
3 October - sent the same follow up email in Portugese.
12 October - auto email received in Portugese re joining programme only (no reference to status match request)
5 November - confirmation of status match received in Portugese
11 November - confirmation of status match received in English
