Just searched for the dates - no specific airline and just left it with the smart search. Seems it's pretty easy to get J SYD - ICN, though only seemed to be 1 F to JFK though pretty much wide open next october

Was nearly going to pop over to NRT and try out ANA F as I hear their new square seats are pretty good, and I wanted to add another rimowa toiletries bag to my collection.

F to the USA on OZ seemed pretty easy to get. Didn't have much luck finding any to LHR CDG

was ANA F available from NRT? Do you remember which cities it was available to?

I've seen CDG and LHR out of NRT before, but had to call them after getting an error. I'm flying CDG-NRT in a couple of weeks, and can also see some LHR-NRT around the same time. No errors encountered on those.

For the US, I've recently booked SFO-NRT in NH F, and NRT-ORD is pretty easy to find in either direction, sometimes two flights a day.

Recently when looking for an F redemption LAX-NRT LM would come up routing via ICN.But if I looked up LAX-BKK it would give me ANA F to NRT then via ICN to BKK.Could never get the ANA flights by themselves.
So flying JL instead.

I booked close to 10.5 months out... Managed to get it before devalued. Hard to burn the rest of my LM. wanting to get to Japan but they seemed to block connecting TG flights. :(

Second booking on Lifemiles:

2pax
SYD-BKK-FCO - TG F - 230K + $187 (including $50 booking fee)
CPH-BKK-MEL - TG J - 170K + $137 (including $50 booking fee)

Used 2 accounts to book each of legs. Flights are for Sept/Oct 15. Fairly straight forward itin but very happy to be able to find something that works given the recent availability challenges but this has worked out quite nicely.

Now to make sure I get a table at Noma :)

There are two flights just about every day on NRT-ORD and NRT-JFK with NH, all of which have F. Other routes are once daily NRT-LAX and NRT-SFO, and NRT-IAH should have F once it starts. I booked NRT-JFK in NH F with LM pre-devaluation without issue. Availability is good in advance in January, and decent-ish in December and February, and pretty awful the rest of the year.

OZ F is also widely available ICN-LAX, on the A380, I have that booked as well with LM pre-devaluation in F. ICN-JFK as well, that should be a 777-200ER but with OZ Suites in F (A380 has these as well).

NRT/ORD is the easiest route to find NH F on (I'm not saying it's dead simple, but of all routes...). NRT/IAD is next IME.

Note that unless ANA have completely refitted their fleet or redeployed aircraft, one of the daily NRT/ORD flights is operated by a 777 with old F product.

I assume you are on SQ336 which departs just a bit after midnight. My flight departs a bit earlier than yours on the 14th at 23:55 when I fly off to Tokyo. Will PM you closer to the date to see if you want to meet up the lounge and have a complimentary drink on SQ :)
