re: Avianca "Life Miles" - New FF program in *A

15,000 pts each @ $15/1,000 + fees = about $350. Defy anyone to do better than that.

Incidentally, my friend doesn't know that we are coming home in F to make up for it. Shhh. ;)

Ohh one of 'those' tickets. I shoulda known!

re: Avianca "Life Miles" - New FF program in *A

Sorry jess looks like il have to sit this one out.

Also does anyone know about this : After Carnaval I drove me beetle to get me some bourbon. Was impressed they had some two dozen or so varieties. Unfortunately not enough time to sample them all. How could one have more time to sample them??

I got this from FT but I don't seem to be too popular there these days getting the usual love from dazza and mates so I thought il ask here. PM is fine and safety first ;)

Thanks RB for my morning laugh, not to mention the "I don't seem to be too popular there these days" quote.

All sorted thanks to those few that bothered.

Looks like I'm having a mutiny on my ship haha.

Maybe you need to identify the bridge and nearby airport (or maybe you don't:))

I thought a post by "wheresmybaga" from Melb on FT was pretty spot on as an observation of LifeMiles
"There's actually not that much to comprehend.
And of course the simplest of all rules to remember is that if the website doesn't show it, you're not booking it! There are very few variables to play with on the website...force an airline choice, (try to) force a departure time...that's it. Let's forget about trick cities.
Confusion arises mainly because a lot of people have an idea that LM should somehow allow all the best bits of other FFPs they have membership of. Rather than simply accepting LM for what it is and what it offers there is this constant angst and hand wringing about what's not possible! "

He'd have to have people on his ship for there to be a mutiny, most got off months if not years ago!

I doubt many, if any, got on. After all we are a bunch of frequent flyers ... we fly, not sail :)

Im sure those people working on the spreadsheet every day agree with you ;)

Lets forget that Shanye flew his family of four over to Europe in business class for $1000AUD .
