I just switched over to energy australia a few days ago, do you recall if you were able to pay through the bpoint gateway straight away? or did you have to wait til your first bill came through, presumably after 3 months?
I have tried to enter my account number but have been getting the same error as coles 525 was getting, account number not valid. was assuming this is because I was a new account
