Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Didn't recieve any points into qff today, but just looked at bw statement.
...
I wonder if this is the start....
At least you're receiving your statements. Ever since I minimised small transactions the statements became very irregular, certainly less then monthly, which is mildly annoying... Anyone here in the same boat?

Yep - don't think I have had a statement since August.

As opposed to illegal points? What would the definition of that be anyway? If you are gifted something, does that make it illegal? Next, we'll be discussing entitlements

Lol agreed, if I was in an accident I would think it's an accident, but if the same accident with the same people were to happen three months in a row, you would think it was on purpose

Windfall points which have come on the 5th of the month in the last few months have not come today. Do any others confirm/disconfirm? In other words, Bankwest finally got around to fixing the bug which had unexpectedly and in error advantaged some owners of closed BW accounts. !Party Over!

I had another look and it looks like the statements are generated every 90 days since account opening date.
In the past many people of course had them issued more often once they reach certain page count :)
T&C's are fairly vague:
14. Statements of account

14.1 We will provide a statement of your account at least

every six months if there has been a transaction

during that period.

You may request more frequent statements.

If you have ever held the account EVER don’t bother
