I rang this morning as well and was told it would probably be next month. Means I need to put some $$ across so as not to cop another monthly fee.
I followed up in the online chat feature and they are checking with the accounts team.
If they tell me next month, I'll be fine with it.
Just had an email reply re: my query earlier. Tried to tell me that I wasn't eligible due to my account being opened in June (original promo ended 31/5) even though I had an email stating the 18/7 expiry. This is after they tried to tell me that I didn't deposit $2k in July (actual was over $4k).
This is nearing ANZ level of incompetence.
The terms state two months though, not three.I recommend wait it out until November, expecially since I opened my account in May and got my points today

It doesn't matter if I get the points this month or in November. It's just that they keep trying to tell me that I'm not eligible for the bonus. If the response was: "The bonus points will post next month" I would have happily waited. Instead they come back with "your account does not qualify" That's where my issue is.

We both still have our offer emails with the date clearly stated.
Opened an account in early June, deposited June, July, Aug and Sept and received 10k points today
