Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

When I rang them up, they said it can't be done manually. :-| I might try again and hope I get someone who'll be happy to do so.
It can't be moved to QF manually, that still happens on the monthly statement cycle.

forgot to bank last mth as I was overseas and they charged me $6
I find that the pts received isnt worth the trouble so closed the account.

Ok so the easiest way I have worked out how to do the Telstra transactions so far is to record a macro using imacro for firefox to fill in all the account and credit card details but not submit them.
So I run that macro first then manually click through for the payment.
Then on the thankyou screen run another macro that basically says this:
"VERSION BUILD=8850919 RECORDER=FX
TAB T=1
REFRESH
WAIT SECONDS=7
REFRESH
WAIT SECONDS=7"

but have 49 lines of refresh in the macro.

Boom, takes a few minutes with only about 10 clicks of the mouse, easy 50 transactions a day!

I didn't use imacro but wrote a macro in vba using the Refresh option that uses Internet Explorer. It used to work fine but over the last few days it still appears to work, coming up with the "Thank You" screen but, when I check my account no transaction has been posted.

If you are using the Refresh method then make sure that the transactions are actually going through.

Just a further update to this. My experience shows that refresh only works if you have been through the web-page asking if you want to make a second payment as you've already made one for the same amount in the last few days. If you are refreshing without having this page shown refresh appears not to post a transaction against your account even if it goes on to indicate a finalised payment.

Make sure that the web address for the refresh ends in "Reference=nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn" and you should be fine. The address also includes "ExpiryMonth" and "ExpiryYear" of your BankWest card. If you are not seeing these things then your refresh probably isn't working.

I crashed Coles system couple times, each occasion was at the 50th input. Causing a great deal of commotion of course. So will just do 49 from now on.

Bankwest points normally post 5th for me - nothing at all this month and yes the transactions have been going through and I have a balance over 100 so would expect something. Will see if they post by end of next week - need them to post as have to book 3 reward flights and I am short by about 6K - frustrated.

Got my first statement showing points this week. No problem with the numbers, but it's a bit odd that the points from transactions aren't shown as Qantas Points earned on transactions. Instead they're shown as Qantas Points adjusted.

For those with multiple month-end statements, does this oddity continue on subsequent statements?

Mine aren't through yet either but they've come anywhere from the 5th to the 7th so far.

That's how mine have shown up. Haven't had any issues with them posting though.

Nothing here either...hopefully in the next few days as I can see my 10k bonus on my statement.

Nothing for me either, but is anyone else getting statements all the time? I some points last month before my first statement and then have received statements on 21 October, 28 October, 3 November and 6 November. The Statement on 21 October had the points that were credited the first time around (although I had more transactions by that stage) and the statement on 3 November correctly had all the points that I should have received from the time I opened the account to end of October, less what had been credited.

But now I have got two statements this week!!

Points have shown on statement but no points as of yet into QFF but no rush for me, I'm sure they'll post; I get multiple statements a month, it's a bankwest thing :p

Same for me, not in a rush to get the points, but still anxious that they haven't posted yet (expecting over 17k according to my statement).
