I'd like to publicly thank Luke, Alex and the rest of the team on board QF598 yesterday. They were all really friendly and hospitable and were always offering help with Master_Orange despite having a full J cabin to look after. It wasn't a particularly difficult flight from our point of view but the crew just made it better.

They are all a credit to QF. Red Roo, please pass on our thanks.

Deborah and Amanda were great in the J cabin on QF 430 on 30 October. I'm not sure if Red Roo is still about this forum, but please pass my thanks into the QF system, if you can.

And thanks to Andrew in the J cabin on QF528 SYD-BNE on 9/11.Wonderful service.Really could not have been faulted.

Great crew qf7 28/10 & qf8 8/11. I think one of senior crew was either Lynn or Linda. She was on board both flights. I was upstairs economy. On both flights I saw & heard her going, to what I assume were platinum or platinum 1 passing out headphones & thanking them for their loyalty (unsure of wordng). Very pleasant & helpful person. All the crew I interacted with on both flights, IMHO, were excellent.

Adierik (?) from Wellington to Melbourne yesterday afternoon (QF172) in J.. he was fantastic and even made cute little origami-type foldings of the toilet paper :)

Shout out to Simon on QF648 in the business cabin Fri 11 Dec. Red eye from Perth on non-refurbished A330. I swapped my seat so that a tourist couple could sit together. Simon, happy to have two satisfied customers sitting together went out of his way to thank me and make my flight most comfortable.... plus a nice bottle of red to take home.

QF762 Per- Melb, thanks to Max the CSM. Came around and introduced himself to all J class passengers and had a short conversation with every passenger about their trip and was genuinely interested. Thirty minutes out of Melbourne he revisited every passenger shook their hand and wished them all the best for Christmas and thanked them for flying Qantas

Couldn't agree more. Was very impressed with Max's service.

The girl serving that was her first flight out of training, didn't know the menu and missed serving Clazgirl, but give her time she will make the grade

High praise for my main man Wayne upstairs QF25 on 27 Dec.

Travelling with a mate for a ski holiday, Wayne was quick to identify our needs and shared our enthusiasm in making the start of our journey an enjoyable one.

QF 26 tomorrow. Fingers crossed we see him again.

Luke, CSM QF577 SYD-PER 1 Jan, and the rest of the crew, were superb.

The lovely Kerri and Brod(?) on QF2 F cabin Dubai - Sydney on 6 Jan. Kerri was such fun but also very competent and thorough. She clearly loves her work.

Rebecca on QF128 from Hong Kong to Sydney on 11 Jan. Outstanding, we were travelling with our 3 and 4 year old children and she couldn't do enough for us.

CSM Col on QF582 PER-SYD yesterday, great memory for names in J and personal greeting and farewell for all Plats:) His enthusiasm reflected in all staff being upbeat for the whole flight.:)

Two rewards legs in J SYD-MEL-SYD at the weekend demonstrated again that when QF are good, they are very very good.

QF409 SYD-MEL, Mandy had a full J cabin and the service was both personal and Professional.

QF450 MEL-SYD saw Peter deliver the same service quality, again to a full J cabin.

In both cases, no fuss, no rush, and happily, enough cheese boxes on QF 450 to meet our needs!

CSM Bernadette and the rest of the crew on QF616 for the lovely card and bottle of wine.

This flight was a few days before my bday so I was even more impressed they remembered.
