Can anyone advise for the last lunch event, what time did it start and what time did it finish? I am trying to figure out whether to enter or not ....

It was about a 12 noon start and 3pm ish finish... I fell asleep on the train ride home..

You're all forgetting the most important question!

.... do we get SCs and points for the trip?

Can't remember what happened the last event ( I caught the train) but as its part of a prize I assume the usual rules apply ie. NO
The lunch ( and company) more than made up for this though

I will not be signing up to try and win as I am not available.

<bump bump bump> so any luck on what flights to SYD are included in this? i've sent my questions anyway :)

Sorry, it will only be domestic flights offered to attend the event for those selected.

Regarding my own attendance, I shall send in some questions/comments by the deadline, however I can't confirm my availability until after some contracts are signed, etc.

Furthermore, as with Mal, it is likely I will be abroad (Singapore). In which case, I don't know if QF would be willing to fly me in and/or whether I would be willing to spend that long in economy class, assuming that is how one would travel.

Thanks for the clarification Red Roo.

I shall hold off on sending questions until I have a better idea whether I will be in Australia and able to attend or not.

Sadly I have not been a member of AFF for the required time (boo hoo :(), though have been a QFF for over 20 yrs. I hope whoever win have a wonderful time.
