Wish I could say it was sunny but the weather is worse. And the aircond in the hotel is downright cold. They have closed the pool for the days we have been here. Thank goodness for the club as getting out to restaurants isn't really a great option.

Packing up later this afternoon and will be pleased to start the travel to Paris. Looking forward to visiting the first class Wing lounge just opened up. Will take plenty of pix. Or is it the Pier? Lucky I printed something out earlier. Last time I was lounge testing here I almost missed the flight as I didn't realise the Q lounges were so far away and I needed the train. There were no lounge calls. Oops.

Went into the Mall again this am. Love the structures of the mall here. The shops are geared to sweet young things though. Nothing to buy.

Groan. This new app has stopped letting me load pictures.

Your head must be well and truly done in - there are multiple postings of the pics so somewhere along the line they were being uploaded just not letting you know! Never mind, the clouds are spectacular. All you need now are some sunsets to rival drron.

A gold moment. Arrive at busy Hong Kong airport. Crowds everywhere. An enquiry to the info desk about business class check in. That would be Aisle B. We stroll down to Aisle B. There are no passengers in sight, just four people waiting here - for us.

We do not go to them, they come to us. "Where are you going sir?" they gently enquire. "Paris". "Certainly sir." The next thing our luggage is just as gently escorted away, no luggage belts here.
First class lounge invites in hand, we float through immigration.

MrP received the invite to the first class lounge. I receive the invite to the business. As if.
The Pier is located near Gate 63, so a train ride away. Locate the lounge after a walk - hope I have this right.
Phew.
