Plug your PNR into the MH or RJ website. Ticket numbers will show if ticketed. And hound CMT in the meantime to fix their app!
new update is still useless....what are they thinking or not !!!
Yep and trips not coming upSorry a little off topic, is anyone else having trouble logging into CMT since last update? I want to check as usual if Qantas has snafud the bticketing, but cant log in...invalid email.
EK aren’t a part of Oneworld. Possibly is this the reason your booking won’t show.Anyone finding that PNR entered into RJ website is not finding the booking? I need to go to the actual airline website (in my case EK) and go to Manage Booking.
Tried finnair too. Could find my PNR either.
Was using RJ or finnair as a safety check to confirm flights still OK.
Of course - quite likely. Although I could've sworn that I could do it previously. Never mind, I just like that extra comfort to see a ticket ref! Not showing on EK manage booking.EK aren’t a part of Oneworld. Possibly is this the reason your booking won’t show.
Or EK not hosted by Amadeus. Searching for a SQ/TG/NH/KE/GA reloc on the RJ website would verify this theory. They are not Oneworld but hosted by Amadeus.EK aren’t a part of Oneworld. Possibly is this the reason your booking won’t show.

There are comments online suggesting CMT is presenting some spurious data. But I’d still be routinely checking your flight details on QR and QF sites routinely just in case.Just got an alert from CMT (not sure what about, it just opened the app when I clicked on it) and I see that my flight on Friday is showing as a different departure time than what QF and QR are showing. (I'm flying QR on QF points.). Ought I be concerned? Or have we all come to the conclusion that CMT is now utterly useless and to be ignored?
