Actually can I get everyones arrival times in Sydney? That way I can shuffle pairs as appropriate to make sure no one is hanging around waiting to be guested.

Question for the QF139 pax: what time are people starting to head to the lounge?

I'm also not clear how the guesting works - are we pre-organising that or just get paged from the entrance?

I have sent a PM, Guesting is straight forward. all you need is your boarding pass identifying yourself as being on the same flight as your guesting friend.

I'm redoing the guesting pairs, so please ignore your previous "partner". Im trying to match people up more appropriately based on arrival time. No point having a guestor and guestee hanging around at the same time and not going into the lounge... this is why Im asking for arrival times.

The problem is the non-WPs arriving without a spare WP to guest them at that time.

I have been speaking to the F lounge and they are pretty insistent that the member must be there at the same time or before the guest. They have had some leeway in the past, but no more. I think the three of us (JT, BC and TV) are the first to arrive, so we may have to dawdle on our way to the lounge until another WP arrives.

As discussed with blackcat20 by PM, I'm working from home that day (North Sydney) so am pretty flexible.

Happy to arrive early, have a bite for lunch, guest in whomever, and then hide in a corner for a few hours until I've finished what I need to do that day (I'm working on a project out of Canada at the moment but it's too cold in Toronto so I refused to go and said I'll do it from home instead :mrgreen: - downside is I'll spend half my Saturday morning in CHC on video conferences)

I just hid a few columns to make it easier for me to pair everyone which is why it doesnt make sense (ie its me, not you)

I've paired you (or ALH) with Cryptarcadian as you are the next earliest to arrive.

Scubabe and her plus one will be taken care of by Katy and MickeyC.

Probably but if we have trouble getting TV in (unlikely but always a possibility) then he gets dibs.

Not that anyone else I see is coming from AKL but my flight details are now AKL-CHC on 10/3 at 0800 on NZ513 and CHC-AKL on 13/3 at 1900 on NZ548
