I hope everyone has had a chance to take a look at the menu on offer. Are there any members who will have difficulty finding something they can eat? From a dietary perspective that is. Feel free to PM me or blackcat20 and we will let the restaurant know by the end of next week.

15 sleeps.

Enjoy the dinner. I'll be on my way back from CAI starting a xONEx and taking a short stop in CGK. I'll try to keep a better eye on the announcements in the future... Happy wandering Fred

QF139 on Friday is showing U1 again for anyone who needs a flight change or upgrade to the party cabin :)

While we slum it in J.... see you at the Bar :-)

Also slumming it in J :D (23A so close to the bar).

Belated thanks for organising the alternative venue! Menu looks good too.

Remembered to book a flight back as well... will be on NZ 883 dep 18:25 to SYD.

You're not implying something are you? ;)

I have got my wardrobe sorted for dinner, including shoes. Seven sleeps until I get on a jet plane.

Question for the QF139 pax: what time are people starting to head to the lounge?

I'm also not clear how the guesting works - are we pre-organising that or just get paged from the entrance?

We'll be getting there around 12.30pm.
It might be worth exchanging phone numbers with your guestor/guestee to faciliate things.

We can also shuffle pairings based on arrival time if necessary, it was just a way to make sure that there were correct numbers.

Actually can I get everyones arrival times in Sydney? That way I can shuffle pairs as appropriate to make sure no one is hanging around waiting to be guested.

I'm arriving at the Sydney Domestic terminal around 12 noon. I then need to transfer to the International terminal and get through Immigration etc before I arrive at the F Lounge (as a guest). I have exchanged mobile numbers with Ewing, my guestor.

I'm Sydney-based, so am flexible and was planning on just arriving around the same time as others.

Anyone heard from mickeyc747? I was going to PM him about guesting, but apparently he's not registered on the forum any more.

All good! You arrive on the flight after us.

I'm just trying to work out how to get TV in at the same time...

His flight arrives at 1.20 so will be at the F lounge around 2pm. Happy to pass along your phone number if you want to PM it to me.

I have spoken to the restaurant this afternoon and confirmed there will be 23 of us.

They are happy for us to arrive from about 7pm for a 7.30 start.

Reminder: The restaurant does not run bar tabs, so please keep track of your drinks for payment with the meal at the end. They are happy for individual payments so there is no need to fight over who gets to use their CC.

5 sleeps till dinner!
