Pooling shouldnt affect this as should still appear as earned on primary account

I got my wilson points fairly quickly after parking date, did $5 fuel at BP today with a temporary card and linked it BUT I didn't collect my Autobarn order....bit worried now about wether I need to ASAP.

The material you posted indicates that BP is a partner, and that individual partners have t&c that apply for points earn.

So yes not precise, but it does not say there what qualifies for spend for the promo.

True, but it’s the same snippet of t&cs that were quoted earlier and appears on the offer page on the website—on the offer page it explicitly says “BP Fuel” where in the original email it just said “BP”.

Anyway, I’m taking no chances. All 3 of my family’s Velocity cards took a trip to buy fuel at BP yesterday on the way to/from Autobarn. Couldn’t find the buckets—ended up with 3 wipe/sponge things at $1.48 each... as soon as I asked to split the transaction the bloke in the shop said “is it for Velocity?” But he was happy enough to put them through separately...

Had the same reaction when I collected my bucket yesterday at my local Autobarn, he was saying he has never sold so many buckets and that he was surprised I collected mine, most people don't but I was passing anyway. Guess he can double dip on the uncollected.

Only 2 more days to get it all sorted :D

You do. No points if not collected.

Thank you, trying to organise my dad to go in and collect on my behalf, has anyone sent someone else in to collect on their behalf?

Just confirming, others have had points posted from click & collect? Also if I make a purchase in-store, can they manually add my velocity number?

Read all the posts in this thread so many times that I've forgotten what I've read o_O

My Starlight points have just credited, 34 days after the activity date. Why so long?
In contrast iTunes credited a few days after the transaction.

My Starlight points finally showed up in the eStore and Velocity account on 4 Jan with 15 December as activity date.
Prior to this no activity was shown at all.
I did follow up and put in a missing point claim a week or so after so that might be the reason they have showed.
I did make another donation through the eStore to Diabetes Australia as a back up but that has not posted in pending at all.

So thats 5 ticked off for me now.
Flybuys transfer with 15% bonus.
BP - $55 and part of the 4 fills of 30lt or more for 1600 points offer which has also been completed with points posting following day.
Wilson Parking - $6 with points posting a couple days later.
Autobahn - washer fluid $3.99 and points posted 21 days later.
eStore - $2 Starlight donation on 15 December with activity on the eStore and points posting 20 days later.

Thanks! Sorry I should have clarified, I don't have the physical card so would need my dad to provide my Velocity number to staff.

Could you get a temporary card from BP and link to account and use that if a physical card is needed?
No idea if it is only usable at BP or not but just a suggestion.

Autobarn x 2 (est by 24th Dec) (22nd Dec)
Virgin Wines (est by 27th Dec)
eStore (est by 24th Dec) (27th Dec)
Autobarn x 2 (est by 24th Dec) (22nd Dec - took 21 days)
Virgin Wines (est by 27th Dec) (3rd Jan - took 34 days)
eStore (est by 24th Dec) (27th Dec - took 34 days)

I don't have the physical card
I should have made my response clearer:
1. I went into Autobarn with 3 Velocity cards and 1 BP temporary card
2. The person who served me laughed when I asked for four separate transactions on four cards, but they accepted that it was what was a thing.
3. I had four needed purchases of between $2 and $ (not four buckets) which helped. The staff said they did not appreciate small value purchases as the staff pay structure was based on the value of each sale.
4. I paid three separate transactions using the three separate physical cards (wife, daughter 1, me) with no issue.
5. The staff couldn’t accept the BP temporary card for daughter 2. Instead, the staff asked for daughter 2 Velocity number and had no issue with putting the transaction through.
The staff were very interested in the whole points game and were keen listeners after I told them about our regular J travels.
Be courteous to retail staff, they are some of the lowest paid and most pressured workers in our economy.

I feel like its the calm before the "Please allow up to twelve (12) weeks post the 08 January 2019 for your bonus Velocity Points to be credited to your Velocity account" storm... :D

Like others, I ordered the Autobarn buckets and didn't pick up so haven't received any points from them.

Luckily, I used 6 partners and added Sendle to the list in case there was a problem with Autobarn and now all 5 partners are showing on my VFF account:

  1. iTunes song via eStore
  2. Wilson parking
  3. OnSport
  4. BP fuel
  5. Sendle

Something interesting I noted during this promotion. Family pooling worked for Wilson, e-Store and BP purchases using a Velocity card. BP purchases using a temp card which was then linked did not pool, they stayed in the account they were linked to. No biggie, just found it odd..
