Christmas drinks on the BAM [Fri 19th Dec 14]

We plan on bringing some wines as well, however limited to amounts due to carry on. will there be a good supply of ice on board?

One of the drivers himself offer to bring the ice.

Last year we also picked up additional ice at one of the first stops. I am happy to do this again if required...

I will be at CBR airport just before 12 (getting the 11:19 "Royal Limo" airport shuttle from Civic Center) - can guest into VA, but am more than happy to be guested into the QP/QF J.

Also, also - I am thinking about brining some scotch if anyone else is a scotch drinker? Otherwise I will swap it out for a Red or Champ.

Extra scotch is good, I don't mind a couple. Trev the owner of BAM1741 said he would come this year (after generously letting us use his car last year and realised it was a trip not to be missed) and drinks the stuff as well.

As last year this CBR local will miss the BAM ride but may be able to check-in to the action after you arrive.

So keep the posts going after you hit Canberra... I'll be out in Civic but would never turn down the opportunity to head over to Kingston or the foreshore.

Also, I will be flying out Sunday (QF to ADL) if anyone is staying the extra day.
