There's a big Citibank on Sukhumvit, across the road from Terminal 21 mall. Not far from Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. The ATMs are around the side.
Yep I saw that one. So citibank atm r free?

Is that the only Citi ATM in Bangkok? Surely there's one in the city centre somewhere?
There's quite a few - Find My Citi - locate a Citibank ATM or Branch anywhere in Thailand
Here's my receipt; withdrew 9800bht. CB wants $380.40 Xe.com shows $378.40 .... so within aud$2.00 but less than 0.5% difference but avoided the 180bht fee or around $7
Regarding Fiji, I've been a few times and always stick with BRED Bank (not a typo). All the others have fees.
I don't think there are many ATMs on the west side of Viti Levu, but quite a few in the east (Suva). Hope that helps
Just to let people know my experience with this account.
I signed up recently as they offer free telegraphic transfers to other countries. I send transfers in AUD and most banks charge between $10-$35 to do this.
I made a transfer in Internet Banking on Monday. I expected it had been sent that day as my account was immediately debited. But today (2 business days later) their Manilla call centre call me to do a security check on the transfer before it is made. I ask about this and they say that this is standard procedure when transfers are made to many countries including Thailand. I clarify will it happen again if I make another transfer to the same person next month and they said yes.
So whilst the international transfers are free, they are slow and clumsy. With other banks, if I transfer by 4pm the transfer will be sent the same day and will arrive late that day or the next day in Thailand. If I was travelling overseas and unable to take the phone call, it would be a real mess. Citibank uses SMS security for their Internet banking so I really think this step is unnecessary. If they really had to do it, they should do it efficiently (ie. call back within 1 hour). Another example of getting what you pay for with Citibank.
No fee. My statement lists it as "BTS Cash Corner". I haven't been back to Siam BTS to work out which one it was - I think it was the purple one on the left, but will check when I am there again next week.I think JessicaTam's recent tx was a Citibank ATM. JT, did it end up posting sans tx fee?

Have added to the spreadsheet for you.
Thanks - they're staying at the Sheraton Fiji Resort so imagine there'll be something around there. Will report back on how they go (unless anyone else visits sooner).
I used another ATM for a withdrawal during my stay, and it also had no fee. I have updated my spreadsheet post to reflect it. SIAM Commercial Bank. The ATM did ask for 180 baht, but was not charged. No fee. My statement lists it as "BTS Cash Corner". I can confirm from my recent trip to Central America, using ATM,s with the Visa + sign I was charged no Fees on this card. I am happy, looks like 28 deg MC will be staying in the draw from now on
