My card has been permanently stuck at high offers despite not having spent much at Coles anymore as I haven’t been able to do the gift card spend in bulk anymore & shifting most of my spend to Aldi. Wonder how long it takes to get the spend requirement down. Been 2 years since I did anything major during the old Amex Platinum Edge days.

At least 3 months of $0 spend. Likely easier to just get a new Flybuys account.

Try logging in to your account and unsubscribing from all offers, news etc. Re-enter your email address (the same as previously) if still possible.
Leave it that way for 3 weekends and then re-subscribe. Used to work with low offers (after period of already low to spending) coming up within a month.

I'm reading on OzBargain that there can be significant issues with these cards, including activation and having to register your credit card to gain approval for the purchase.

I bought a Coles $50 egift card on the CR site with a visa card. I had no issues and the egift card is fine.

I grabbed a $100 card, figured I’d try one.

Like many sites, it does require you to “save” your card details. This process involves a $1 pre-authorisation. No different to many other merchants.

The site says this clearly, not just in fine print.

My EGC was delivered instantly and give the option to print, save to PDF, save to the website portal, or what I did which is open on my phone and screenshot.

I won’t attempt to use until next week’s groceries, but so far I agree with @SydneySwan it was very simple.
