Indeed, I get the impression Aussies are too busy emptying supermarket shelves to go on holiday!
cheers skip

Not at the supermarkets I frequent. And at Costco, when don't shoppers here have full trollies?

I think it is more that hand sanitiser has a run on.

And got confirmation that my Coles order has been picked, they even sent me a photo.... That's it in the background 🤣

Could actually be the potty-paper larder at The Lodge, waiting to be introduced to the Prime Ministerial butt. 😉.

No panic buying at The Lodge will be necessary.

That's not the case. Suppliers pay for x% of space in a planogram and certain promo ends and off location display bins. They send reps into stores to check for compliance with end tie up, build the flat pack display bins, add additional ticketing to displays and assist stores with planogram implementation. They are not required to order or fill stock.
The only thing that is even close to what you suggest is the Tip Top and Buttercup bread.

Woolworths has new stock of hand sanitiser coming in. There will be a limit of 2 items per transaction.

Thanks for your explanation. I was relying on information relayed to me by a Cadbury rep a few years back.

I think because Cadbury has so much seasonal displays that they might have more staff visits on site.

The aisle ends are faught hard for and that's where personal drop ins and suppliers relationship with staff comes in.

Altercation at western Sydney Woolworths as hoarding continues
By Sally Rawsthorne
3.04 pm : NSW police have confirmed they attended Woolworths in Parramatta on Wednesday afternoon in relation to “a disturbance in an aisle”.
2GB reports that the toilet paper aisle was taped off by the six police officers in attendance. 😁
Well, it is Parramatta. We're lucky no one died

Fought, where, so many?
Faught was a cajun term in south Louisiana for fart apparently... as in..."I almost fought the robber, but faught at him instead" ok back to counting my toilet paper rolls...😉

I find it hard to reconcile the sportsman, writer and "media persona" facets of the red bandana man... and have even less time for his vacuous partner...

Oh prescription drugs
I have two months for all of mine
Five months for the dog
One month for the husband
Our local pharmacist has stated our household drugs should be fine as locally produced
I always tend to be at least one month ahead due to travel
As a side note has anyone been to Costco at Homebush recently ?
Husband is going out there to do a general stock up of our favourites good wise and no no not buying toilet paper lol

We got a 12 roll pack with today's Coles order but I ordered the usual 20 pack. But it was free because I had $10 voucher.

This will go to mum in laws for just in case. She's old school, she said back in the village 90yrs ago they would use a rock if they had to so trying to avoid everything related to that.

She also said we're all being stupid
