I hope everyone is still linking their steps from their phone or Fitbit through the Qantas Wellbeing App to get the points.

According to apple, 6.4km today was 7293 steps , yesterday was 5.7km / 8423 steps and last friday was 4.4km/6733 steps

I usually run about 5 km every second day - on the beach with a soothing swim/body surf/eye candy look to follow, with a hour or so in the gym on the alternate days. But a slight L calf strain has had me walking my usual run route recently. I'll take a look at that QF app but if it's tied to Qantas Health Insurance, I'll pass.

Yeah, it's linked to QF Insurance but you can do a free trial so you can get some points; and you can challenge friends to get more points.

Unfortunately at the end of the trial period the points earn drops to 10% unless you take out an Insurance Policy (but that can be Travel Insurance or Health Insurance). You can also get 50? points for calculating your BMI.

An easy way to ensure your QF account stays active as even the slackest of us should be able to walk 10 steps every 18 months:rolleyes:

Chiro tells me that Im heading to having sciatica and one of the things I need to do is walk so dusted off my Garmin fitbit thing yesterday and managed only 5K steps. But, the Red Line of Laziness is forcing me out of my chair every hour.

You make me sound lazy, which I probably am

I'm doing on average between 9,000-10,000 steps/day with a minimum of 6,000 steps/day.

Not sure what that proves or what it's supposed to help wirh but I keep doing it just in case.
